We had critters in our attic and needed help getting rid of them. I Emailed Lajaunie's thru their website on Saturday. They called me Monday and met me that afternoon. Heath inspected around the outside and yard. He went up on the roof of the patio cover and found the soffit and facia was rotted and mostly missing from the entire 36' of the back of our house. The rafters were exposed and wildlife was in and out at their will.
Heath explained what needed to be done, from baiting and trapping the critters, and then installing new metal soffit and facia. He explained the process and timeline and quoted us a price.
The wildlife staff member came out and inspected in detail, located where the animals were getting in and nesting. She explained what she had to do to get rid of them, then set the baits and traps.
The repair crew arrived the next morning and removed the bad wood on the back of the house and reinstalled aluminum soffit/facia the entire 36' on the back of the house.
They found and covered several other entry points, sealing the animals out.
They also cleaned out the gutters on the front of the house and installed gutter covers to keep the leaves and critters out.
They did all of this within 2 days of speaking to them. Absolutely amazing. No other pest control company I spoke to even offered replacing soffit/facia.
