How does your pest-free guarantee and money-back guarantee work?
We offer a 30-day pest-free guarantee for one-time services. If bugs come back within 30 days of our treatment, we'll come back to re-service your home for free. We offer a pest-free guarantee for customers enrolled in a maintenance program. As long as you are a customer of ours, we guarantee you a pest-free home. If you see bugs in between our regularly scheduled visits, let us know, and we'll re-service your home ASAP (often the same day) for free. If we are unable to get rid of the bugs after two re-services, you'll receive the entire payment for the previous service in the form of a credit on your account.

Standard Covered Pests include american, brown-banded & smokey brown cockroaches, palmetto bugs, silverfish, “house” ants, pharaoh ants, fire ants (excluding carpenter ants and tawny crazy ants outside of the home), clothes moths, spiders (excluding black widow and brown recluse spiders), house crickets, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, carpet beetles (black, furniture, varied), mice, rats, scorpions, pillbugs, sowbugs, indoor ticks, drain flies, yellow jackets and paper wasps. Other pests not specified as Standard Covered Pests may be covered for an additional charge or under other plans.
